One of my favorite parts of speaking at this gathering was that the pastor had the whole congregation sing a song of blessing upon me before I spoke.  Pretty humbling, but it also took a burden off my shoulders.  Pray for the Lord’s blessing upon your pastor this week.  Go to your house of worship with a desire to bless rather than to critique!
